Cisco SG300-52p POE Problem

hi everyone ,, i just have bought a Cisco SG300-52P for my organization, i have 12 access point of ( Unifi UAP lr ) separated between two floor , i want to power those access point by my Cisco Router by POE , but it seen not working what every i tried , i know in advance that  My Cisco SG300-52p support 802.3at , and My Access point support 802.3af only , but as i read in the internet it should work correctly , any ideas by you community to help me power my access points by POE.

Its not about 802.3af or 802.3at.

Most of the Ubiquiti Access Points use 24v Passive PoE.

The standard PoE on Cisco switches is 48v.

In summary, they won't work.

You are looking at PoE injectors or buying a Ubiquiti switch.
