Cisco SGE2000 failure?

Hello:

I have a Cisco SGE2000 and suddenly every port stopped linking, no power light on but Stack ID lights are turned on (except number 3) and 4 Gbic ligths are on and the fan is fully working.

I tried to reset to factory default with no success. Can you help me with this? is it a failure? how can I fix it?

Hi Francisco, the best thing to try is to try to xmodem the switch firmware through the console. If this does not fix it, then may be prudent to call the small business support center requesting RMA.
