I'm adding an SG500-52P switch to my network and have set it to L3mode. My network has an MS320 Meraki LAN switch that this L3 SG500 switch is uplinked to. Also, my network has 8 other SG500 switches in L2 mode uplinked to the Meraki MS320 switch. Once I connected this SG500 switch in L# mode and started adding VLANs to the switch, they copied over to my other 8 switches and messed up my network. I had to delete the added VLANs on my L3 SG500 switch and my L@ switches so the network would be working properly again. Why did this switch copy VLANs to the other switches and how do I keep this from happening again?
