I have the below requirement.

I have a Windows 10 Physical PC & inside the PC I do have a windows10 Virtual VM.

I want to connect the Physical PC to the network access layer switch port.

Requirement is that the Physical PC & the virtual PC should get IP address from different VLAN.

Let me know if this is possible. If possible let me know what configurations are required in the network access layer switch.

If PC have have dual NICs (or USB to Ethernet adapter available in the market for cheap price), differentiate with 2 networks or VLANs.

Hi as i know you can't connect 2 normal vlan to a port , you should use a port with sub interface each sub interface is for a vlan (i don't test myself , if it is possible may be you can make port trunk but it is not safe)
another solution that i am not completely sure in your scenario is private on a access port

Hi,

If the network card in the PC supports vlans, you should be able to configure vlans on the PC and connect to different networks. Check the drivers for your network card. On the switch you will need to configure the port to the PC as a trunk with the requisite vlans.

Thanks

John

Your nic already bound to vNIC, so unbind and start doing again.
