Hi Team,
A customer of ours has a network infrastructure mostly made of SG-500 switches. We've been asked if it's possible to schedule automatic backups on those devices and create users that have restricted privileges (for example having the possibility of just issuing "show" commands without editing the config). If yes I'd ask to send us a procedure to properly implement those features since we didn't find that much on the online documentation.
