FATAL ERROR

I've got several Cisco switches deployed throughout several locations that seem to randomly lock up and reboot. They are the SG300 series in 10 and 20 port models. The error in the flash logs is:

Emergency %SYSLOG-F-OSFATAL:   FATAL ERROR: GOAH: ABORT DATA exception  ***** FATAL ERROR *****  SW Version  :  1.4.7.5 Version Date:  15-Nov-2016 Version Time :  11:19:18 Instruction            0x7792DC Exception vector       0x10 Program state register 0x60000013 0x00779284 0x0021cf80 0x0021d188 0x00224e58 0x0022694c 0x00226a2c 0x00226d50 0x0022744c 0x0022801c 0x00228140 0x0022b798 0x001223f0 %SYSLOG-F-OSFATAL:   FATAL ERROR: GOAH: ABORT DATA exception  ***** FATAL ERROR *****  SW Version  :  1.4.7.5 Version Date:  15-Nov-2016 Version Time:  11:19:18 Instruction            0x7792DC Exception vector

What's also strange to me, is this isn't the latest entry in the log. this is generally the third entry from the top. this seems to be happening more and more frequently as of late. I was hoping that this newest firmware release would have helped to alleviate this issue, but this morning after I have pushed the update, it seems to still be happening.
