I have an SG300-10 switch. I received notification of a firmware update 1.4.7.06. I proceeded to download and install it. After installing it, I would drop temporarily my internet connection. It would drop and then reconnect. I then disconnected from the switch and went straight to the router, problem was resolved. I then plugged back into the switch, problem came back. I then rolled back to the previous firmware 1.4.7.5 and problem was resolved.
Please let me know if there is a configuration I need to change to resolve this issue or if it is a known issue and there will be a revised firmware released sometime in the not to distant future.
