How can I console to switch SRW2016 , this switch has serial console port  

I have only normal cisco console cable (serial to Rj45) 

Please advise How can i get access the SRW2016

Please refer to Chapter 4 of the SR2016 Admin Guide (by clicking here).. THe Administrators guide will be very helpful in configuring using the console port.

Thant has solution if you have console cable, 

But i lost the original console cable, what I have the normal CISCO console cable (Serial to Rj45)

And this switch has serial console port in contrast to RJ45 in CISCO switches.

Yoiu can create a telnet session to get to the console interface as well. Chapter 4 references that also. I would suggest you go to your vendor - they might have a console cable. Or you can make one - The serial port is a standard RS232 pinout

You have to have a serial-to-serial cable...only way to connect using that method.  If you know the IP of the switch, connect via the Ethernet port on your PC and use the GUI via browser.  You can google and get the user manual for that switch.
