How to backup firmware, boot code and configuration from SG300-20 to Windows 7

I want to update the firmware and boot code on my SG300-20, but before I do I want to backup the firmware, boot code and configuration to my PC. I am using SolarWinds SFTP/SCP/TFTP server 1.0.4.9 and have tried TFTP and SCP and neither work. I am able to ping my PC from the switch and Windows Firewall is disabled. I can see in the SolarWinds GUI the contact from the switch but each time it fails. What am I missing?

If any antivirus running stop it and you can try  tftpd32 for tftp server.
