Now i know my Cisco switch is under Warranty.

Could you please let me know how can i proceed for troubleshooting or replacement of the switch by Cisco ?

You can open a support case in Cisco Small Business TAC in which engineers will try to troubleshoot the issue and if it's not possible they should replace the switch.
