vlan 10  HR

ip address 192.168.10.1 / 24

vlan 20  IT

ip address 192.168.20.1 / 24

vlan 30 

ip address192.168.30.1/24

want to connect GE25 port in my adsl router 

adsl default ip address 192.168.100.1 /24

Hello,

You have to configure your GE25 port as a trunk (with VLANs 10,20 and 30 tagged) and connect to your LAN port ADSL router which has to be also a trunk port. Video configuration guide for the SG300 is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPBAnRLuco4 .
