how to copy cisco catalyst 9200 switch IOS into flash

dear all,

I did a factory-reset all on my cisco catalyst 9200 switch.

loaded the ios from TFTP. ( went successful )

but now I want to store the ios in the flash, because when I restart the switch is goes back in the rommon mode instead of loading the ios.

I have used the following command but it didn't help.

#copy tftp://192.168.1.10/cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.10.01.SPA.bin flash

also I cannot login in the web interface with the default username ( cisco or webui ) and password ( serial nr ).

Please help/advise

copy tftp:\\192.168.1.10\cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.10.01.SPA.bin system:

[balaji.bandi]

The syntax is wrong.    
The correct syntax is "copy tftp://192.168.1.10/cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.10.01.SPA.bin flash:"
