How to get CLI from menu

When i login though telnet or ssh CLI open like a menu just you can

choose you cant write the code you want 

my running version is 1.0.0.27 on Switch SF300-24 Managed Switch

I have not seen that before, are you logging to the correct device. ?

used SF/G switches way back..small client..we use to get direct command level access.

the device ship with old firmware, try to upgrade to the latest stable (read the release notes before upgrading right firmware) and try and let us know.

Hi, what firmware version were you able to update the SF300 to?

I have the problem that I can't enter by ssh, and I already set ssh enable.

i believe 1.4.x is the latest
