Hello,

Can someone help me with a setup configuration that i have to be able to ping different IP Address at the main Station. The switch is on Layer 3.

For example i have 3 switches SG300 28 Port that are on different Vlan..

Switch 1: IP Interface 192.168.10.10 Vlan 10

Switch 2: IP Interface 192.168.20.20 Vlan 20

Switch 3 (main) : IP interface 192.168.1.1 Vlan 1

On my Switch 3 (main) i have configure Port 25 as Trunk with 10U, and Port 26 as Vlan 20 Trunked to switch 2 as 20U. Basically Switch 1 and 2 is connected to switch 3. If i plug into Switch 3 with my laptop IP address 192.168.1.2 i want to be able to access the interface and ping an equipment the switch of 192.168.10.10.

You need to have only 1 VLAN untagged which is your default VLAN.  All untagged traffic on a trunk will end up on your default VLAN.  I would make VLAN1 your default VLAN and make VLAN10 and VLAN20 tagged.
