Layer 3 switch

Good morning 

I have in my office a small modem with 6 connection ports. I would like to connect a layer 3 switch in eat so that I can have 2 vlans one that can see the internet and one that will not be able to see the internet. Is this possible ? what switch tpe/model will you recommend ( SG350 ? ) . Thanks
