linksys SRW208G does not run after Factory Defaults...?

I had to Restore the switch to Factory Default...now when i connect to PC via ethernet I am not able to access it.

I have HyperTerminal...I am able to connect to the switch- I tried changing the IP address but still not able to access via WEB

Please help

Hi Chris, can you verify the HTTP access is enabled when you're using the console access?

Do you have a link light when you connect your computer to the RJ45 connection?

No the switch is plugged only in my computer...
