At this stage hard to say what is wrong.

DNS resolve using your internal DNS or external DNS name servers ?

 

ISP Router do you have routes and NAT for your other IP ranges ?

 

 

1. Try ping the domain you able to resolve.

2. Traceroute using domain name and see any blocks.

3. use simple telnet google.com 443 see you able to connect.

4. try https://8.8.8.8 and see what is the results.

Since SG300-20 have IP address 192.168.1.50, so that is working.

in your WIFI router you need check the routing for 110.X  network also NAT required.
