Port mirroring

I have cisco SG500X-24. I setp up on it port mirroring. Firts options destination port GE1/1/13 source port GE 1/1/7 TYPE Tx and RX. Open wiredshark and see only TX. 

Second options destination port GE1/1/13 source port VLAN1. Open wiredshard and i see only TX.

I updated firmware. I downdated firmware. It did not help me. 

Please help.

Hi, My name is Iliya Gatsev. I am a Network Support Engineer in the Cisco Small Business Support Center.

 

Please try to capture the traffic using Wireshark on different PC using different OS when possible. I made tests in our lab using SG500X-24 switch and all is working fine.

I try wiredshark on any PC. Windows Linux FreeBSD. And result did no changed.

I try to mirroring port and vlan.

I try change interface setting from access to trunk and vice versa

I enable/disable Jumbo frames.

I create a new vlan and insert 1 port in it.

 

the head is already boiling. I do not know what to try to turn on or turn off in the switch .... :(
I updated all the firmware. All bootable firmware ....
help me please

I think it would be best if you could call our support line and open a support ticket, so we can do a WebEx remote session and check the configuration.
