Problem with a sg200-50 switch after firmware update

Hello friends,

I have a problem with a sg200-50 switch, I will summarize how you got to this problem.

something went wrong, reset to factory and start up new setup.

Yes, I have tried several times the reset to the factory default. But to no avail, and I've been thinking, I have another sg200-50 working, if I download the configuration backup of this other equipment, is it possible to go up to what is failing via xmodem? Since I can only "download firmware via xmodem". Thank you!

 - I tend to believe the device lost a vital 'local file' related to hardware operations, this is not available for restore via xmodem. You  may need to RMA this box.

Ok. forgive my ignorance, what would RMA be?
I believe the equipment goes to waste, unfortunately.  But thanks for all the help.

  - That's what I mean, it's wasted : replace with other device
