Hi again Abdalnoor,

That is why you cannot go to 10gigabit - your SFP (SFP-1000-LX) is a gigabit one.

Try to replace it with 10gigabit - as per datasheet:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/350x-series-stackable-managed-switches/datasheet-c78-735986.html

 - So , what happens then or what kind of error are you getting when you try this ?

-- ' 'Good body every evening' ' this sentence was once spotted on a logo at the entrance of a Weight Watchers Club !

it shows Port can not be configured to speed 10G and in web browser only shows 1000 there is no 10000

 - Check if this article can help you :

i have saw this topic and didn't found something that can help me , this image attached to port configuration available

 - Try using latest firmware for your device anyway if not yet  done, then have a drive-through test by connecting a 10-Gb SFP+ with a connection, sometimes speeds get auto-configured. Check if the device reacts 'wisely' if  get's a 10 Gb connection to handle.

Hello Abdalnoor,

what shows the following command:

switch# show inventory teX/0/X

where X is the port number in question

PID: SFP-1000-LX VID: Information Unavailable
