Problem with some phones getting data VLAN IP and not voice VLAN IP via DHCP

We have some new SG300 switches running 1.3.0.62. We have two different kinds of phones: Mitel 5330e and Mitel 5360. The 5330e phones get the correct IPs from the voice VLAN DHCP server, but the 5360 phones get the IP address from the data VLAN. What I noticed is that in the GUI, the administrative and operational VLANs change from 1UP,2T to 1UP when the 5360 phones are plugged in but stay as 1UP,2T with the 5330e phones in. The interesting thing is that we can hard code the IP address and the miscellaneous phone settings on the 5360 phones with the voice VLAN information, and the administrative and operational VLANs go back to 1UP,2T, and the phones work just fine. I've attached the configuration. I'm pulling out whatever hair is left, so I'd really appreciate thoughts as to what I can try.

Hi Baskervi, you may need to set up a specific LDP-MED policy for the phones to work correctly without using a hard setting if you are trying to unmanage the phones. In the case of using only LDP, you may want to disable CDP all together.

If you need help to configure LDP reference this document-
