Is there anyway to control the fan speed / noise?  I'd like the fan on the SG200-26P to normally run at around 25 dB not 42 dB.

Are there fan controls?  Can the fan be replaced with a quieter fan?

Thanks in advance.

Hi - any update to this?  I would also like to cut the noise from my SG200-26P.  Any fan suggestions to replace the stock fan with?  Would it even be possible that it runs fanless?  I had a Dell 24 port switch (not POE)  that had a fan that I simply disconnected.  Ran for about 3 years that way.
