SF300-24 Backing up startup config fails

Following the instructions in this link to try to get a backup of my start up config:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/switches/cisco-small-business-200-series-smart-switches/smb2897-download-or-backup-configuration-file-on-an-sx200-sx300-or-s.html

Seems simple enough: Select HTTP/HTTPS, select Backup, select Startup config. Click apply, and startup-config.txt starts downloading. Roughly 4k of data transfers and the screen changes to finished with no error message (Bytes Transferred:4160 Status:Copy finished Error Message: )

But looking at the downloaded file at the bottom of my browser window I see different errors depending on the browser. In the Chromium based Edge I see "Couldn't download - Network Issue". In Chrome its just "Failed - Network error". Firefox  just says "Failed".

If I attempt to resume the download, I get an html documents that states:

Access Error: Data follows

Form is not defined

How do I backup my configs??

                    - Does it work when selecting other protocols such as tftp or scp ,

     (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/switches/cisco-small-business-200-series-smart-switches/smb2909-configuration-of-download-and-backup-configuration-settings.html)

Not sure why HTTP fails, but TFTP worked. Thanks for prompting me to try something else.
