I have a SF300-48P network switch for IP phones. About 4 days ago, the network switch can't power on. When I plug in power cord, it gets power, but it turn off within 1 second. Then it power on again in 1 second. It just keeps on and off forever.
No configuration changed since first implemented a few years ago. It seems like a hardware problem. When I look for warranty information, it says "Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty". What does it really mean? I can't request RMA because it keeps asking for contract number which I don't have. What is the correct steps to request RMA?
