SF300-48P cannot power on

I have a SF300-48P network switch for IP phones. About 4 days ago, the network switch can't power on. When I plug in power cord, it gets power, but it turn off within 1 second. Then it power on again in 1 second. It just keeps on and off forever.

 

No configuration changed since first implemented a few years ago. It seems like a hardware problem. When I look for warranty information, it says "Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty". What does it really mean? I can't request RMA because it keeps asking for contract number which I don't have. What is the correct steps to request RMA?

I would suggest to connect console cable and see what is in the logs.

 

If you do not have contract number, call cisco local TAC number with serial number of the device, Sure TAC able to assist you better, if them device covered under smartnet contract.
