SF300 no Ethernet response

I'm working to configure some new SF300-08 switches.  They are at firmware 1.4.10.6 which I believe is the latest release.

One of them is working fine.  The other, fresh out of the box, updated firmware with the http interface OK but is acting strangely.

I started configuring it via http and then just lost it.

Mostly, the power light is blinking fairly rapidly and the Ethernet ports aren't working.

I can access the console interface OK.  It shows all the Ethernet ports are Up.

How can I get this to recover?

The LED was always green - blinking or not.

I found the problem and the switch has been configured successfully.

Thanks!

As per the document :

The power led flashing continuously is an indication of the default ip address is being used.

hello fmarshall,

When did this start? what color is the LED? typically inidicates powering up, acquiring IP Address, or system failure.

If it continues after doing a hard reset you should contact Customer Experience.

I found the problem and the switch has been configured successfully.
