SG 200-08 CNA community error output for /exec/show/ver/CR not found

I am trying to add a cisco 8-port gigabit smart switch SG 200-08 to our existing CNA community and getting an error when discovering the device by ip.  Does anyone know how to get around this? I have attached a screen shot.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi Lauren,

The device is not designed to work with CNA. If it does discover, it would have limited to no ability.

But the documentation says, that SG200-08 is supported by CNA from version 6.1.0 (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_network_assistant/version6/relnotes/ol32368.pdf).

Attached picture is dated to 2016/12/01, CNA version is 6.3.
Switch's Firmware version is 1.0.8.3

I don't know, where is problem.

Note that this post was about 4 years ago. So this release in April 2016 release provides support. Do you have any specific questions on CNA?
