SG 300 and Cisco Configuration Assistant

Hi guys I'm having trouble in connecting a SG 300 switch with CCA v3.2. I have already connected the switch with CCA, however I can't see anything in my CCA's Front Panel and Topology view.

Here is the view of my Front Panel view after I connect the switch :

Could you guys please help me to find what the problem is?

Hello Sherly,

Have you been able to connect with CCA before? Also, is the switch on the latest firmware?

Hi Robert,,

Thanks for your reply. I found out that the problem was caused by the firmware, just like what you said.

I have upgraded the firmware, and now the switch is able to connect properly.
