SG200-08 no RADIUS authentication on webinterface

Hi,

we are using some SG200 series switches. Now our Adminteam grows and we want to realize logon to the webinterface of the switches via RADIUS. This works really fine on our SG200-26 and 26P but not on the 08.

The RADIUS Server is a Windows Server 2012 NPS. The switch gets connection but it seens that it sends a false authentication request to the RADIUS, I found only one difference in the logfiles, as you can see below:

SG200-08

Benutzer:

Sicherheits-ID: NULL SID

Kontoname: MikulaM

Kontodomäne: MIKULA

Vollqualifizierter Kontoname: MIKULA\MikulaM

SG200-26P

Benutzer:

Sicherheits-ID: MIKULA\MikulaM

Kontoname: MikulaM

Kontodomäne: MIKULA

Vollqualifizierter Kontoname: mikula.info/Alkoven/Users/Markus Mikula

I think, because of this the "Vollqualifizierter Kontoname" can not be resolved correctly and the logon fails. The network policy is absolutely the same.

Firmware of the 08 is 1.0.6.2

I agree with you on that; "the Vollqualifizierter Kontoname can not be resolved correctly and the logon fails", and unfortunately I have no idea how to overcome the issue, I suggest you to contact the Small Business Support Center;
