SG220-26P: closes network connection

Hello All,

A few months ago we installed a brand new SG220-26Ports switch. We did not change anything  else at all in our setup (so no changes in clients or servers at all). But we notice since that moment, when a desktop hasn't been used for a while, they lose their network connection. We have to renew the IP-address to reconnect to the network. This is quite annoying as, due to the nature of our work, users usually don't work on their desktops all day. Is there a setting i have to tweak to keep the network connection alive?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts and answers!
