Hello,

Do you know if Cisco plan to support UDLD on futurre software releases for SMB 250 switches ?

Or Is there any hardware limitation regarding this feature ?

Regards

 - It seems to be supported according to the 'Applicable Devices' list from the link below ; anyway could you check the configuration menu(s) as explained and check whether the required setting(s) are available ?

Hello,

Actually no, the settings are not available in web UI.

Also not in CLI . On this side command reference https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/csbms/250_/2_4_5/cli_guide/cli_sx250_2_4_5.pdf

www.cisco.com
does not mention udld.

Also data sheet for 250s does not list UDLD as a supported protocol, whille other series (ie 350) datasheets do list UDLD.

 - If it's not advertised as being supported in the data sheet ; you will not see it becoming available in subsequent software releases , because then it usually also relates to hardware limitations.
