Fresh out of the box SG300-28PP with the default IP of 192.168.1.254 and when I try to access the GUI I get to the Login Page - but - none of the words are populated. Just empty radio button. Of course, I can guess the first box is the name and second is the password, and entering the defaults sends me to a new GUI page - but again, the page is devoid of any words.
I have tied logging into this switche's GUI from several different computers running Win7Pro. No change. The computers have the latest Java. Got the latest Windows Updates.
