SG300-52 Firmware Upgrade

I have an SG300-52 that I am trying to upgrade.  It was at Boot version 1.1.2.0 and Firmware of 1.1.2.0.  I knew I had to step through upgrades and the next download I could find was 1.4.1.03 which contained Boot 1.3.5.06.  I successfully upgraded the Boot, but the Firmware says "Illegal software format" and I cannot get past it with any version I can find available newer than 1.1.2.0.  Any advice would be appreciated.

you should upgrade to 1.2.7.76 as a next update.

Oh dang it!  I was faked out by the way the releases display.  Even though I knew I wanted to step through the available upgrades, I assumed (there is that word) that if there was a 1.2 or 1.3 version available, they would be displayed the same way the 1.1 and 1.4 are.  I do think the order/names on that screen are misleading.
