SG300 hardware version V3. Same firmware as V1 & V2?

Hi. 

I have in front of me an SG300-52P.
It is hardware version V3, as shown both on the sticker on the back, and from "Status and Statistics", "System Summery". 
It is currently running firmware version 1.3.5.58, which is quite old. I wish to upgrade to the latest. 

Reading the release notes for Software Version 1.4.10.6, I notice it states "This firmware runs on two different versions of hardware for the 200 Series Smart Switches, and the 300 Series Managed Switches". It then point out a few differences between hardware version V1 and V2. This would seem to imply that V3 is not supported, however I am unable to uncover any trace of a V3 specific version of this firmware. 

Can anyone confirm that the release notes are actually erroneous, and that the same firmware that works with V1 and V2 hardware is also correct for V3?
