You can process a hard reset on the following way:
In total, you will hold the reset button for 90 seconds, allow between 5 to 10 minutes for the unit to boot up and connect a computer to the switch. Remember to set a static IP in your computer in the same subnet as the default IP of the switch.
If after this you are still unable to access or you don't have any activity on the Ethernet or Console port please contact tech support for an RMA.
