sg300 voice vlan not communicating with sg500 voice vlan

Hi

Is this a problem with sg300 not being stackable -

We have an sg500 stack and all the switches happily communicate over the voice vlan (10) and the default data vlan (1). I have connected an sg300 to the core switch, created voice vlan 10 on it, but it can't ping any voice vlan interfaces on the other switches (the sg500s). Vlan 1 on the 300 has no communication problems with vlan 1 on the 500s.

Thanks

Edit: on the port on the sg500 that the sg300 plugs into I'm seeing this error: %CDP-W-NATIVE_VLAN_MISMATCH: Native VLAN mismatch detected on interface gi1/1/1.

Thanks for contacting Cisco,

The uplink ports between the SG300 and SG500 must be trunk with Vlan 1 untagged and Vpan 10 Tagged.  Also, on both switches, set  the auth voice vlan to 10.

Best REgards,
