Check the cable. Possible it is damaged.

Switch autodetect class. Class 0 is enough for work.

Hi,

By default PoE ‘Power Mode’ is Class Limit in SG350 Switch. You may disable the PoE class error detection on the switch once and check. With this setting, if a class error is detected on an interface, it will be ignored and PD will be classified as class 0.

To disable PoE class error detection, use the power inline class-error-detection Global Configuration mode command. To return to default setting, use the no form of this command.

Syntax

power inline class-error-detection [enable|disable]

no power inline class-error-detection

Example:

switchxxxxxx(config)# power inline class-error-detection disable

Note: Please make sure the SG350 switch firmware is latest (2.5.0.83).
