We have an SG350 that will not recover from this loop on boot. Tried to restore factory defaults but no success.  What are our options?

Sujoy,

Thank you for your response! Is this related to the Bug that I saw concerning the POE because we unfortunately have a total of 7 switches now showing the same symptoms.  Should I include these in this service request?

Hi Roy,

Thank you for your reply. You have not mentioned the bug ID so I’m not sure which bug ID you are referring. Please include the other serial numbers as well in case you are getting the similar logs on those switches.

Hello Sujoy,

The Bug is

Sx350/550 -HAL_config_poe-F-POEInitError: HALP_config_poe_692xx_check_master_reset: ...
