sg350 requires repeated logins, why??

Trying to configure newly purchased sg350 switches.

The one I am now working on has the most current firmware version 2.3.5.63 and the timeout set to never but every time I go to a different section of the UI, I must log in again.

How to fix this??

Hi Thomas,

Can you please try using another browser and/or clearing your cache to see if the issue is resolved?

There's no other browser on the connected notebook but I will try clearing cache and rebooting the notebook.
