SG350x - Static IP on PC no Internet Access

PNI-ITRNP

I have an issue I am unable to understand and resolve. I recently installed an SG350X-48P Gigabit switch. We have several VLANs on the switch and we can access the internet via the Default Gateway, but only when the PC is configured for DHCP.

If the PC has a static IP the LAN connection shows it has Internet Access but you cannot access the Internet.

I can ping the default gateway from the switch and the PC, but if I try to ping google at 8.8.8.8 then it fails.

If the PC is configured with DHCP, then everything works fine.

I'm not sure what else to check.

Can anyone assist or clarify this for me?

I have attached the running-config, which shows the

what is this device "192.168.10.2" is this device perform NAT (since switch do not have capability to do NAT for your RFC 1918 address space)

what port the PC connected.

For testing

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/11
switchport access vlan 10

configure one of the IP address in the VLAN 10

IP : 192.168.10.X -( may be 100)

Subnet : 255.255.255.0

Gateway : 192.168.10.2

DNS 8.8.8.8

if NAT done 192.168.10.2 - then you should be able to ping.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, 10.2 is a SonicWall which performs NAT.

As long as the PC is using DHCP it can get to the internet with no issues.

But I really need our server which has a static IP to get to the internet

Confirm the server's static addressing, IP/mask/gateway.

If other one required to get internet, then you need to have NAT for rest of the IP address  (192.168.11.X  and 192.168.200.1)

Also you need static route back to switch from your SONIC WALL FW.

what device not working, what port it is connected ? give us the IP address ?

I apologize to all; my configuration was and is correct.
Turns out after focusing on the SonicWall, and digging through the config and interrogating the other admin, rules were configured to deny access to the internet but only for the servers!
I found the rule in question and after a quick update to include the server I needed, access to the internet is working.
Thank you for taking a look at it @balaji.bandi asking that all important question as it helped resolve my issue!
