SG500 not saving VLAN membership

Hello,

I have a stack of 4 SG500. When I configure VLAN membership of a specific port, all works as expected. I save the configuration.

After a reboot, these specific configurations are lost. Why??? I made it several times and testing it, makes clear the configuration information is not saved... but other parameters are saved...

As you can see on screen shots, VLAN membership for ports 23 and 47 are not saved...

Does anyone have a clue?

Hi,

Run a single command under the Port  23 and 47:

interface fastetherent 23

macro auto disabled

Reassign the VLAN configuration as need and try again. It will work for you.

try disabling smart port option for ports.
