SGE2000 crashes

Hi,

I have a SGE2000P which keeps crashing on me occasionally.  This is the message in the log:

 %OS-F-MEMORY: OSMEMG_rn_free: Memory address is NULL ***** FATAL ERROR *****  Reporting Task: GOAH. Software Version: 3.0.2.0 (date  07-Nov-2011 time  15:3 5:17) 0x1961b8 0x19381c 0x5e6884 0x437f80 0x43b018 0x5e9fa0 0x238884 0x238b5c 0x238ba0 0x2396b4 0x22a118 0x22a57c 0x22a92c 0x22afbc 0x22ba7c 0x2 2bbc4 0x22e8bc ***** END OF FATAL ERROR *****

I've turned off most features, restarted, cold started...  nothing seems to help.

Hardware Version00.00.01
Software Version3.0.2.0
Boot Version2.0.0.03

Configured as standalone.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Tom.

May be a problem with the code, however you are at the latest 3.0.2.0.  I would probably downgrade to SGE20x0x Firmware Version 3.0.1.0.  Just remember to set the boot system command to the new ios.  Hope this helps.

Just downgraded the firmware... still seeing reboots:

 %OS-F-MEMORY: OSMEMG_rn_free: Memory address is NULL ***** FATAL ERROR *****  Reporting Task: GOAH. Software Version: 3.0.1.0 (date  19-May-2011 time  13:0 5:53) 0x1961b8 0x19381c 0x5e6498 0x437ccc 0x43ad64 0x5e9bb4 0x2385d0 0x2388a8 0x2388ec 0x239400 0x229f14 0x22a37c 0x22a728 0x22adbc 0x22b880 0x2 2b9d0 0x22e66c ***** END OF FATAL ERROR *****

Is it randomly rebooting or reboots after say x number of minutes every time?

You can try a show tech support on the switch.  The trouble should be in there some where.  If you don't see the trouble, You can save it and upload it and I'll be glad to look at it.

If you do a "terminal length 0" then do a show tech support, it will scroll all the way through without having to press space bar after every 24 lines.  After it finishes enter terminal length 24 to reset it to the default.
