SPA112 no power light, but line1 & line2 lights on but flickering

I just acquired an SPA112 ATA.  I plugged it in, and it did not come up.   The most obvious symptom is that the power light did not come on.  The next most obvious symptom is that the line1 & line2 lights did come on, but are flickering (mostly on).  I assume that this is diagnostic information, but I can't find any documentation to describe this.

From your description, either the LED light is damaged or the device is not booting up.
Either way I recommend opening a support case or to return the unit back to your seller for a Replacement.
