SRW2048 Webgui login issue

Hi,

I am using SRW2048 switch for our servers . We are not able login in to Switch through WEBGUI, to check any issues, it was working properly ,suddenly, WebGUi is not working. where as we are able to ping and telnet the Switch, and Servers connected to Switch are working fine.

Please suggest how to login to switch, we have tried all the ways.

Here are firmware details.

Boot Version:          1.0.0.05 (Date:  28-Nov-2007, Time:  17:03:07)

Software Version:      1.2.2d (Date:  23-Feb-2009, Time:  13:58:42)

Hardware Version:      00.03.00

Please suggest, to close the issue.

Hi,

What version and type of web browsers are you using with the SRW2048?  If you can try using an older version of IE such as IE 7.

Hi jason,

I used IE 7 and checked it, it was working, Issue not related to browser. After I have Hard Rebooted the Switch, it was working fine. I want to Know Possible Reasons for Switch Hangup , to avoid the same in future.

We have 2 of them. After 2 years from purchase they' have started do the same thing. Webgui is freezed, but the switch is working.

That's why I'm rebooting the switch every week.

Anyway, solution is to replace it by some real Cisco I guess.
