SRW248G4 snmp counters

Hello all,

I have a very strange situation regarding 2 SRW248G4 switches (1.2.2a firmware).

Trying to collect statistics for these switches, I noticed that ifHCOutCounters increases than decreases (!!!), querying about at 5-10 seconds interval. For example:

Mon Dec 13 18:47:21 EET 2010
IF-MIB::ifHCOutOctets.3 = Counter64: 1878180867

Mon Dec 13 18:47:28 EET 2010
IF-MIB::ifHCOutOctets.3 = Counter64: 2971388163

Mon Dec 13 18:47:31 EET 2010
IF-MIB::ifHCOutOctets.3 = Counter64: 1460062979

I queried from Linux and Windows, rebooted the switches, tried SNMP v1 and v2c, the behaviour seems consistently the same for the (48!) 100Mbps ports.

Please advise or suggest anything I could try.

Kind regards,

Adrian
