Hello,
I have a switch SRW248G4P that doesn't work.
I already updated the OS (1.0.1 , 1.0.2 , 1.3.1), and it always stop at the same part/message (Enter Transition mode...) during the boot.
The message at boot from the serial port is as following:

How can I resolve this issue, or is this definitely a dead unit?
Thanks is advance,
