SRW248G4P stopped at Enter Transition mode ... Help

Hello,

I have a switch SRW248G4P  that doesn't work.

I already updated the OS (1.0.1 ,  1.0.2 , 1.3.1), and it always stop at the same part/message (Enter Transition mode...) during the boot.

The message at boot from the serial port is as following:
