I couldnt find this question on documents.

Is it possible to do a hybrid stack between SG550XG and SG550X series ?

SG550X-24   -   SG550XG-24F

Yes, you can stack SG550XG and SG550X - you can find more information in the admin guide for Sx550 devices under "Hybrid Stack":
