StackWise Virtual on Catalyst 9500

Hello. i am trying to get virtual stack on 2 cisco catalyst 9500 series with the ios running Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.09.04. 

i tried these commands but not working.

9500-A#conf t

Switch(config)#stackwi
Switch(config)#stack?
stack-mac stackmaker stacks

Switch(config)#stack

stackwise-virtual command is not there. what to do?

i found that i need to upgrade licence 

license boot level network-advantage addon dna-advantage.

but now i am finding how to upgrade. please tell if you know?
