Hello,
My have a PoE issus (not with a C3560CX), I have contacted TAC and they don't find SN in Data Base. They told me to contact my reseler but it is Cisco. No way to see!
What can I do?

TAC is working on my device.

For information, all Cisco Switch are lifetime warranty.

If the device is found, confront TAC with the output and assure you have a legitimate device.

if not you need to register or ask the vendor the one you purchased from? you purchased directly from cisco you mean?
is this brand new ? in general cisco only have 90days warranty, after that you looking for support you need to get a contract extended.
