Sorry you're having issues with updating your firmware. Have you also updated your bootcode? If not, you should update your bootcode to 1.3.5.06. You will need to do this via TFTP so you'll need a program such as tftpd32. Also, make sure 1.3.7 is your active image. It sounds silly to say, but when you upload the firmware it doesn't automatically become the active image and needs to be set for the next reboot.
Check on both of those things and attempt the update to 1.4.1.03 again.
